Production Castings is looking for a motivated and dependable individual that wants to grow their Industrial Technical skills. This individual will be motivated, reliable, and hungry for knowledge. Must have a positive, can-do attitude with a safety-first conscience while following lockout/tagout procedures. Individual must be willing to learn and work as a team while maintaining equipment hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical integrities. Individual will be asked to perform a skills test to determine what level their current skills fall into and can advance at their pace to increase their value within the company.

Typical Functions:

• Preventative Maintenance.

• Breakdowns.

• Predictive Maintenance.

• Corrective Maintenance.

• 1 Phase & 3 Phase electric up to 480V.

• Electrical troubleshooting and multimeter usage.

• Hydraulic troubleshooting and leak repair on hoses, cylinders, accumulators, pumps, valves.

• Read hydraulic & pneumatic drawings and troubleshoot according to drawings.

• Changes defective parts from equipment with new or repaired parts.

• Light fabrication MIG Welding, arc welding, brazing, cutting torch, plasma cutting.

• Work with piping systems (PVC sch 40, sch 80, CPVC sch 80, copper, black iron, galvanized).

• Drilling and tapping holes, broken bolt removal and repair.
